Every FilFabric order is made to the client’s specifications. Custom curtains, selected fabrics, materials, hardware, and related products cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, restocked, or repurposed after order approval.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available for products purchased in person or online.
What This Policy Covers
This refund policy applies to all custom products and services ordered through FilFabric, including:
- Custom curtains made for your measurements and design selections.
- Custom-selected fabrics, linings, and related materials.
- Hardware and installation-related components selected for your project.
- Orders placed in person, online, by phone, or through any FilFabric sales channel.
Why Returns Are Not Available
FilFabric products are project-specific. Once approved, ordered, cut, fabricated, or prepared for installation, the items are tied to your exact space and selections.
- Custom curtains, materials, and hardware are tailored exclusively for your room, measurements, and preferences.
- These items cannot be resold, reused, or returned to general inventory.
- For installed projects, the FilFabric team reviews quality and fit at the time of installation.
